Convert .ics plain text to ICS file

If I use another app to pull all of the dates and times from a work schedule into ics text, I still need a tool to convert that to ics file.

This would be the most accurate solution to use the strengths of different tools for getting different dates / times for one person on a work schedule with different employees listed in the picture. The current tool becomes confused. Allow me to input ics text instead.
